Do you require a security deposit? How is it determined?
Yes, a security deposit is required. It starts at $500 and can go up to two months’ rent, depending on credit and screening results.

Yes! We offer flexible lease terms, including short-term options. Pricing may vary based on the lease length—please contact our team for current availability and rates.

We have four elevators conveniently located throughout the community for easy access to all floors.
What is the parking like?
We offer a convenient 6-level parking garage that provides direct access into The James at Springline from every level, making it easy to get to your home.
What if I have 2 cars or a car and a motorcycle?
Your first vehicle is included at no cost! A second vehicle is $35 per month. We also offer designated motorcycle parking for your convenience.
Are there additional storage options?
We offer on-site storage options ranging from $25 to $45 per month, providing extra space when you need it.
What is your pet policy?
We welcome your furry friends! We allow up to two pets per apartment, with a maximum weight of 85 lbs per pet. Please note that aggressive breeds are not permitted.

Yes! Springline District 60 is designed to be a walkable community and will feature a boutique grocery store for your convenience. Additionally, there is a Kroger Marketplace located just across the street, making grocery shopping quick and easy.
